ABA providers are known for posting pictures of their clients as if they were someone else’s kid. Presumably, they would never indiscriminately allow their own kids to be exposed in such a HIPAA and privacy-be-damned way. That is a harsh assessment of these provider’s motives, so for the sake of this article and thought exercise we shall assume the best and that the following are true.
